Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical, and psychological well being of children and adults. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s orthodontic problem so the fee may vary from one patient to the next. Before treatment begins, we will discuss the fee with you and the payment options which we offer.

We are sensitive to the financial considerations that people have and we will work out a financial arrangement that works for your budget.  We also accept assignment from your insurance company and we will gladly fill out and file the necessary paper work. We do our best to keep financial considerations from being an obstacle to obtaining such an important healthcare service as orthodontic treatment!

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees and administrative costs down, while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policies:

We offer a courtesy reduction of the treatment fee when payment is made “in full” by cash or check prior to starting treatment. If you have insurance coverage, this courtesy reduction will apply to your portion of the fee only. We also offer fee reductions for multi-family member patients! Our treatment coordinator will work with you to create a payment plan that is best suited for you and your budget.

We also offer a family reduction of the treatment fee for additional family members that start treatment in our office.

To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months. In order to provide no-interest in-house financing, patient accounts are placed on auto pay with your choice of payment date of either the 15th or 25th of the month.

For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments may be made 24/7 through the secure Pay Pal link on our website.


If you have insurance coverage, we will help you to determine the estimated benefit amount you have available before treatment is started. We accept assignment of benefit and we will help in every way we can by filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
